The decision to adjust the price of their services rests entirely with the service provider. At EventFeat, our role is to offer a platform where these service providers can showcase their expertise to a broad audience. We do not have the capacity to manipulate or lower the price of their services. For detailed discussions and negotiations, please utilize our integrated messaging system.

The power to adjust the price of their products lies solely in the hands of the seller. Our platform serves as a space for these sellers to showcase their products to cater to specific event needs. EventFeat does not interfere with or control product pricing.

Just because an event is free of charge, it doesn't mean that the quality should be compromised. When listing an event or party on our platform, regardless of it being free, we anticipate the same level of quality as that of a paid event. Our participants value the quality of experiences above all. As such, there is no fee associated with listing a free event or party on EventFeat.

An event vendor is not permitted to offer products free of charge.

Each vendor on our platform is required to maintain an active membership in order to showcase their products. If this membership is not purchased or renewed, your products will not be displayed. We also insist that all sellers accurately represent the pricing for each product they list on our platform, ensuring transparency and fairness for all our users. Direct payments from event organisers to event event vendors are strictly prohibited to ensure a consistent and secure transaction process

The rates presented on the service provider's page are open to negotiation directly with the service provider themselves. Make use of our integrated messaging system to communicate your requirements and discuss the details. Following your discussion, you will receive a tailored offer. You have complete liberty to accept this customized proposal or, if it doesn't meet your expectations, you can respectfully decline. Direct payments from event organisers to event service providers are strictly prohibited to ensure a consistent and secure transaction process.

Event service providers on our platform are strictly prohibited from offering their services free of charge. If we identify such offerings, the concerned service will be removed immediately. Furthermore, each infraction will result in a strike against the provider's account. After accruing three strikes, the provider will face a temporary ban from our platform for a specified duration to maintain the integrity of our service marketplace.

It's essential that all fees showcased on our platform are accurately represented. The registration fees listed should correspond to the exact amount event organizers expect to receive per booking. All payments are required to be processed through our dedicated payment system. Direct payments from participants to event organizers are strictly prohibited to ensure a consistent and secure transaction process.
