Direct payments from event organisers to event service providers are strictly prohibited to ensure a consistent and secure transaction process.

Event service providers on our platform are strictly prohibited from offering their services free of charge. If we identify such offerings, the concerned service will be removed immediately. Furthermore, each infraction will result in a strike against the provider's account. After accruing three strikes, the provider will face a temporary ban from our platform for a specified duration to maintain the integrity of our service marketplace.
